Palestinian Red Crescent EMTs carrying patient over a roadblock - Bethlehem

In the West Bank, there are approximately 600 road blocks and check points set up by the occupying Israelis that have turned all Palestinians into prisoners. The roads are impassable - so EMTs must carry patients out of one ambulance, over the roadblock, to another waiting ambulance to get to the hospital.
